Multibit steaming flash as3

While publishing a multibite steam through "live media encorder" we have to give names of steams seprated by %i?.

How is it done while publishing through flash AS3.0.

I have tried both the following but did not worked.

Stream1;Stream2;Stream3

Stream1%i?Stream2%i?Stream3

Is possible to publich multi bitrate stream from a flash application or we always have to use media encorder.
