Multiple Banner Resizing

Hi everyone. Is there a way of automatically resizing banners, in Adobe Animate? The idea is to have a banner that would already be designed (for example 300 x 250). Is there a way of automatically resizing the banner to different sizes? Thanks.

in your publish settings there are some auto-resize options.
