Multiple users?

Have an upcoming project that will run on an 80" touch screen and the goal is to allow up to three people to interact with it at once. Not having done a project like this before, I'm hoping someone here has and can offer some advice. Mostly I'm looking for thoughts around the touch/gesture framework to use. I know there are some 3rd party ones that work better than the built-in stuff but I've not used them. Thanks.
