My Animate no longer displays all windows

Hello, this is the 1ᵉ time I write here and I write using a translator so I hope to be as clear as possible

Animate no longer launches the "special" windows for example I press "File" nothing opens, yet the window does exist, same for the tools, to go from "Rectangle" to "Ellipse" I kept my click on the tool, and I flew over where I knew there was the "Ellipse" tool and it worked!

But I don’t want to go blind for everything! Impossible for example to export a file or to go in the "Animation" window

I tried to uninstall and reinstall, nothing changes, so I come here to listen to the professionals
