My Animation Was Randomly Deleted?

story:

i was animating something on animate and i do have autosave on and i know it autosaved the animation a few times. I restarted my computer without worrying since i new that i'd get the recover animation option. when i opened animate i didnt get the option, instead i got an error saying it couldnt open it.

question:

can i get this file back or is it just gone from my computer forever??? if i can get it back can someone please tell me how? 

i use adobe animate cc 2019  on a windows computer

i found the file but i cant open it for some reason can someone please help
