My apps wont update

I tried to update my files but it keeps failing. I retried and reset my computer but the apps wont update. I uninstalled Adobe Animate to try and see if I could reinstall it with the update but now I can't install animate at all with out saying installation failure. Does anyone know how I can update my apps or at least get Animate back?

PS. I recently transfered my files from a hard drive to a solid state drive, let me know if that plays a factor.
