My default values for the f5 and f6 keys don't match.

My default values for the f5 and f6 keys don't match. And I can't make dots and a frame ribbon on the timeline.
What should I do? Help.
I've already tried default combinations with the Ctrl, Shift and Alt keys. It doesn't help.

What kind of keyboard are you using?

Maybe the F keys are shared with some multimedia features and you also need to press Fn or set them to work as proper function keys from BIOS or OS preferences.
