My export is missing the last frame

Hello, i am trying to export a short walk cycle from animate, it is 13 frames long and when i go to export it, it misses out the last frame. I tried to export as a png sequance aswell to see if it would do the same, and it seems to be exporting a frame 0 aswell, which isnt in my file, its just a duplicate of frame 1. Im not sure whats going on here because i am still new to the program, so any help would be greatly appreciated

create a new fla, saved with a new name

copy the main timeline layers from the old fla to the new fla

    test the new fla

Is the animation nested in a symbol on the main timeline? If so, does the main timeline have the same number of frames?
If the above doesn't apply, are you using the Camera tool? If so, frame 1 doesn't exist on export. At least it didn't at one time and not sure if it was ever fixed.

Just something to try as a workaround: what if you add an extra frame at the end before export?

So that did work, it somehow fixed the frame 0 issue, but now i have a blank frame at the end of the animation, which isnt too good as i am wanting to loop the animation
