My graphic pen does not work in the classic brush tool and the paint does not stay in place

Hello, my graphics tablet is Huion 420. While this tablet works smoothly with most applications. I am having a hard time with Adobe programs. Just when I thought I had solved it, I encountered such a problem. How can I solve it?

try restarting your computer.
