When I include actionscript in my swf file it does not load properly. Otherwise, I have a fine one frame / animation. I need AS3.0 working though. Please help. (This is working in Chrome, same page doesn't work in edge)

That right.  It's a sign of the times.

Edge announced it is blocking Flash content by default.

Microsoft Edge will start blocking Flash by default

Starting Jan 2nd, Google will pull all its Flash ads.

YouTube ditched Flash for HTML5 quite a while back.

Face it, Flash is no longer a viable option on the web.   Nobody on mobile devices can see it.  Very few desktops can support it anymore.  Use HTML5 canvas, CSS and JavaScript for animations.  You will reach a much wider audience.

Alternatively, use SVG  and CSS3 animation.
