My workspace and tool bar are very small. How do I make it normal sized?

you can drag to move and resize panels.

If I try to just do that it still remains very small. I don't think its the panels themselves. I feel like I am maybe in a wierd mode idk.

Nevermind I think my screen tablet was making it wierd like that cause when I opened and closed it fixed itself.
