Navigate to frame inside movieclip AS3

I have Movieclip with instance name **MC1**, inside MC1 I have 2 button, first button in frame 1 with instance name **Btn1** dan second button in frame 2 with instance name **Btn2**. I want navigate to frame 2 when clicking Btn1 and back to frame 1 when clicking Btn2. How the code?
