Need Help!! Actionscript 3 audio and video problems

Hi guys

I'm new to actionscript 3 having and issue with background music.  How do i get background music to loop on a single frame in flash? I'm building a front end, so want a certain track to loop on a certain frame. Is there a way to do it? Also how do I load video into a swf in AS3? If someone could help me directly that would be great as I'm just baffled. You can reach me via my linked in, Joel vrettos.
