Need help for lesson 7 on the Animate An class book

To whom it may concern,

I need help for lesson 7 on the Animate An class book. I am trying to fix the flipping and weird distortion that my flame goes through when I put in my shape tweens and I already tried adding shape hints as I thought that would fix it but it didnt. Please if any one can help asap I would gladly appreciate it!
