Need help recovering a corrupt .fla file please!!

Hi friends, I'm panicking a little bit because last night I saved my flash file and right after I did my cat knocked out my power plug and this morning i see that both the recovery file and the original file have been corrupted and won't open, which is really stressing me out because this is a project I've been working on for years and it was almost done!!! 

I've tried the WINRAR method, either I'm doing it wrong or it's not working

if anyone can help please please help!!

I do have another version of it which works but it's a lot of progress gone, I really want to save what I had!
