need urgent help organizing layers and moving objects in adobe animate

Hi, I have an Adobe Animate project for university due tonight. I have a background and several objects, but I cannot color some parts of the background. I think the background may be one image or the shapes are not closed, so the Paint Bucket does not work.

I also need help organizing the layers and moving the objects correctly without ruining the project. I need to move the tree house, apple tree, chicken and worm, lock the background layers, and export the final project.

Can someone guide me quickly?
