Newbie Q. regarding Troubleshooting Cintiq and Animate on Windows 10

Greetings!  I am learning both of these items (tablet plus Animate) so not sure where the problem lies.  Although Photoshop working on tablet complete with transitioning from screen one to screen two, Animate is stuck on tablet, and i am not allowed to do anything, including shutting it down.  Just getting angry beeps.  I have shut it down using task manager and deinstalled/reinstalled  program twice.  Not sure how to trouble shoot this.  Thank you in advance.  

I am also wondering if this is the best place to seek support for tablet, as Wacom seems to have very limited support.
