No Audio and Low Video Quality when Exporting from Animate

Hi,

 

I am trying to export a video (MP4) out of Adobe Animate. However, after exporting the video is on low quality and there was no audio can be heard. Can someone please help me what to check if I may have missed anything?

    I am having a similar problem with my videos getting rejected for 'low quality' from adobe stock contributer. Just wondering if you managed to find a solution? Thankyou
