No audio in adobe animate

My Adobe Animate doesnt play any audio , my audio file is 44hHz and 16bit and the sound only plays in test.

Dont knkw if this related or not but i also got a huge fps drop when i starts playing the animation like , ive set the animation to 60 fos but it plays at around 30 to 34 fps. for now atleast , the fps problem somehow fixed but the audio problem still persist

select the frames with the audio, go to properties and change the audio from "event" to "stream"

saw the other comments. If Animate can process it on another PC but not your main one, would you mind reinstalling animate?

if you have an html5/canvas project you can't initialize sound until there's user interaction (eg, a mouse click).

im already using action script ver and i alr set it to stream to hear while scrubbing but theres still no sound. the wave form is there but nothing plays

can you hear sound on youtube, for example?

if so, can you hear you sound when you platy it in the animate library?
