No image when ad is published

Hello all!

I've converted a Flash banner ad to HTML5... within the Flash ad there were movie clips and I've switched out a photo in one of those clips. Publish it and everything works; animation, links, etc... except there's no image.

I'm sorry, I'm a graphic designer helping out our digital marketing department and I'm obviously skpping a step.

What am I missing?
