Hi guys for the life of me I cannot export my animations with a transparent background.

They always have black as a background 😞

I am despertaly needing to achieve this so i can place my animations on real video background footage.

I select "Export Video/Media"

My settings when Exporting from Adobe Animate show as,

Ignore Stage Color (generate Alpha Channel) Checked.

Span - Entire Movie

Format is H.264 Preset Default (AME)

Start Adobe Media Encoder Render Que immediately.

I did read a help article on the subject matter but they stated to change the "Export Settings" in Media Encoder but mine is grayed out and i cannot change any export settings in Media encoder.

I wish their was a video tutorial on how to achieve this.

I am using a Mac with Final cut pro to do all my video editing.

Thanks to anyone that may be able to chime in on this frustrating issue.

Cheers

Hi, the H.264 format doesn't have an alpha channel that's why it's rendering with a black background, try with MOV instead. Use this preset: Quicktime > Default ( Animate)
