Odd Pressure Sensitivity Issue

I do not have this problem in any other Adobe program or other art program (such as Z-Brush and Sai), but Adobe Animate is unable to recognize pressure sensitivity.  Unlike all other topics I've been able to find on the issue, I DO get the pressure sensitivity and tilt icons, and they are pressed.  However, I still receive no pressure sensitivity on either my home or work cintiq when working in Animate.  Considering I'm teaching Adobe Animate in my class right now, this is a bit of an issue.

The drivers and programs are all up to date, Windows is up to date, Animate runs the same on both the integrated and dedicated graphics card, my cords are good.  I've tried turning off Windows Pen/Ink, but I'm not given the checkbox option within my Wacom pen/tablet properties as other threads have shown, and there's no hard shut off from within the Windows settings.

I do think this started happening only after Windows pushed one of its recent updates (mine had installed on 6/30/18); I don't recall having a problem before I that update.  I'm guessing this is an issue caused by Microsoft (from what I've found in my researching, that wouldn't be surprising), but I'm wondering if anyone has discovered a workaround or a solution.

To be sure, we haven't heard of a similar issue on Cintiq devices with the latest version of Windows. I suggest getting in touch with Adobe Support to see if they can investigate and log a bug for you.
