Onion Skin not Working in animate.

I have been using the onion skin for a while now and one day I went onto animate and it stopped working. I can't figure out why it's not working and i've tried everything to get it back on and working. Does anyone know what I can do about this?

press and hold the onion skin icon until you see the sub menu

then click advanced settings

fix those if they're screwy, or if you don't know what to check, attach a screen shot of your onion skin settings
