Onion Skin not working in Mac

Working with Mac on Sequoia, the Onion Skin mode doesn't work in any of the recent versions of Animate. It doesn't select any frames. It's been very tiring asking for help. I've been on several calls and Adobe doesn't do anything. I don't know what to do.

    Correct answer Yann Mapple

First of all, the Sequoia OS is not stable at all for Animate, even for the latest versions, as you can see by typing in Google: "Adobe Animate Sequoia compatibility" Adobe no longer even bothers to update Animate for new OS
I had to come back to Sonoma to work on Animate 24.0.7... that's probably the explanation... (if not more stupidly and I imagine that you have already checked in advanced settings that the number of ranges is not at 0, that the opacity is not too low or that the colors of the onion skins are not enough visible)

Hi, can you post a full screen recording of the issue?
