Only exporting 12 seconds of the project

I have a project that is 30 seconds long and it will only export 12 seconds of it. I've tried exporting several times.

What format are you exporting to?

These are the things i would try.

Make you have the latest version of Animate.

Make sure your computer has enough power to encode the animation.

Don't run any other programs while you export.

save the animation. restart the computer then try to export. You might need to clear your memory cache.
