Opening folder graphic/video

Working on a project and am not a graphical artist by any stretch but can follow direction lol..

I need to figure out how to make a animation for a video of a file folder opening with some text on the front in which I can embed some video footage in for each page, Not sure where to begin short of contracting it out. Wouldn't mind learning to do it myself though.

    It is hard to understand what you are trying to do from your post. Can you try rephrasing it as a procedure so that the experts here can try and give it a shot?

    For example:

    - This is the initial scene

    - The user clicks the button

    - And this happens

    Sorry about that, figured it was clear.

    This is meant to be video footage. Basically a backgrounds a graphic of a file folder in the video that will open and when the file folder opens having video footage embedded in the folder itself. Basically the stick is like a detective file folder that's confidential.
