Opening the app issue

Hey,

It seems like this new version isn't working with my computer, and I don't have any other versions I can install. I'm using a 7-day free trial for this, and I'm worried that the issue won't be solved in time to use the trial. I have two real questions: 1. Is there a way to open version 2021? 2. If I can't find out how to open the app without it crashing before the end of the free trial, is there any way I could get an extension?
