Optimize for Character Animator missing

I noticed that in 2023 version of Animate, while exporting to SVG (legacy) there is no option "Optimize for Character Animator" which saved the layers names... is it somewhere else?

    to export an svg from animate, click file>export>image (legacy). starting with an as3 project gives your more drawing options within animate.

    As far as I know, CH does not read SVG files for animation. Only AI and PSD. All other formats are flat.

    I open SVG in Illustrator and I need my layers to have the same names as in Animate...
