OT - High Speed Web Cam

Bit Off Topic, but hoping someone here has some experience - we're doing a photo capture project and many of the times the subjects will be moving. Currently we're testing three different web cams, two HD and one standard, and none of them are fast enough. We'd like to be able to capture people in motion but have a fast enough shutter speed to mostly eliminate any motion blur.
