Paint Brush keeps going after I release my stylus.

I am using Adobe Animate with a Wacom tablet, and whenever I use the Paint Brush (not normal Brush), it still keeps painting for a long time after I release the styus.  How do I fix this?

    I would verify you have the latest Wacom driver installed. In fact, I would uninstall all Wacom drivers and do a fresh clean install of their latest driver for the tablet you have.
