Paint Bucket Filling Too Much

I am pretty new to Animate and I need some help using the paint bucket. 

I traced an image of a garage using the line tool but when I was done, and I tried to fill in the shapes, sometimes it would fill multiple parts. For example, I tried to fill in a small part on a shelf and it filled in that shape aswell as half the wall behind it. 

Everything is cleary a closed shape with no gaps and I messed around with the paint bucket setting. 

Not sure if it is an issue because I used the line tool or if I made some other issue while drawing it.
