Paint Bucket not working?

I have tried EVERYTHING, and this tool isn't working still. Lock fill is off, object drawing mode is off, everything is on a single layer, idk how to solve this tbh. I have spent all day trying to fix this. I'm working in Adobe Animate 2022

    Make sure there are no gaps. Also if there are gaps, you can use gap size.

    select the object and show the properties panel.
