Paint cursor size

Hi! I am new with animte thing (I started today) so I paint around bot one issuese I saw small crosshair but when I start painting it willchanges to big paint

WHAT I MEAN : I want to see like a normal right size preview of the paint cursor while I am not painting...

but when I paint the paint becames so big and wrong because it messes up my work so how can I make the paint cursor change to right size.

HELP!
