Paintbrush and Pencil tool continue to draw after I lift my pen

I'm currently using Adobe Animate CC 2019 and I've been having this issue where the paintbrush and pencil tools continue to draw after I lift my pen. I'm using a Huion Kamvas GT 190. I've heard disabling Windows Ink could help, but I've only seen that it affects Wacom tablets. If anyone has advice regarding this situation I'd love to hear it.
