Parallax Stutter

trying how to use animate few days now and encouter this issue..the Orange/yellow building at the back is the parallax, when it plays, it starts smooth then when the looping happens,, as you can see in the video it somewhat stutter.. any kind of help/tips is welcomed, and thanks!

It seems to me that either your background artworks aren't seamless or the tweens aren't set up correctly.
