Paste in place suddenly not working

Today when I'm copy image from Illustrator to Animate, paste in place suddenly not working anymore. It's instead paste in the (0,0) position. It's working just fine yesterday but now it's not.

What is the problem? How can I fix it?

Same to me, it works just fine, and suddenly next minute it just stops working, did you find out the problem?

what if you drag and drop your ai image into animate? does paste in place work for that?

try the keyboard short cut. shift+command+V MAc Control+shift+V windows

Paste in place appears to be working. Are you able to show a simple Illustrator file that doesn't copy and then paste in place ok?
