Pause an Adobe Animate 2017 OAM file in Captivate 9

I was wondering if there was a way for an OAM file imported from Animate 2017 to be paused/played etc. using the captivate play bar - once published as an HTML5 project.

I am looking for any code examples for both pieces of software and how they communicate with each other.

I believe this was possible using Adobe Edge but things seem to have changed a lot and the code examples I could find here on the forums no longer work.
