Pen pressure not working correctly and glitching

Okay, technically it does... but it really bugs out when I use Wintab, which is what the first scene shows. Pressure works, drawing does not work right.

When my mouse moves around (changing it to Windows ink inside Adobe which you can't see because of my recording software) and it goes back to no pressure (but works properly) it's on Windows ink.

Another issue is that I'm using a Gaomon tablet, and I have Windows ink disabled there, because it just straight up stops working full stop when I have Windows ink enabled there.

So I'm not even sure how it's working? Considering Adobe only works when I choose Windows ink inside Adobe's preferences > drawing > tablet input > Windows ink. But I don't want to, I want pen pressure.

Pen pressure works literally everywhere else. In Gaomon's testing tab, in Fire alpaca, etc. So this is an Adobe problem? I think?? Could be an easy fix, or not, idk, I'm not tech savvy. Or adobe savvy. 💀

    Things to try:

    1. Set all your displays to 100% display scaling via Windows settings.
    2. If you have multiple displays, switch to single display.
    3. When you try switching to WinTab or Windows Ink, make sure you do this by enabling/disabling Windows Ink checkbox in the tablet driver AND choose the corresponding setting in Animate.

You may want to restart Windows after making each of these changes.

Shockingly enough changing my display (I've only got one) to 100 - then realizing I could not function using 100, and changing it back to 125, worked. Somehow. Thank you!
