Pen strokes shift to the right

Each time i use animate my pen strokes shift to the right after i lift my pen or use my mouse, ive fiddled with the snapping and smoothing settings and nothing seems to fix it. Why are my lines shifting to the right? I have also noticed that it happens the further right of the screen i work (so the left side is fine). Also this problem only happens on animate it doesnt happen on PS.
