pen tool icon in "tools" bar is completely missing/gone?

i was following along a tutorial for An and they used the pen tool, but when i tried to select it, the pen tool was completely missing! im pretty new to animate, so sorry for my ignorance. ive attatched an image of what my window looks like.

Legend

Your screen resolution is very low and the toolbar is clipped.

First drag the right edge to make it in two columns, then click the 3 dots at the bottom to add missing tools.

To effectively use this program you need higher resolution. Otherwise you will struggle.

for others, click the 3 dots at the bottom of the tools penal and then drag/drop your preferred tool(s)
