Pencil tool not working aside from graphic card update

Hello A while back I talked about how my pencil tool wasn't working right, it kept drawing even when I took the pencil off the drawing pad. I was told by a staff member to update my Graphics card. I tried that but not only did it not fix my problem but it also made my laptop crash because it couldn't handle it. Don't worry I downgraded back to the previous version but now I'm back with my original problem. Does anyone have a solution?

Can you show us the issue you are having with the pencil tool?

Are you using the latest version of Adobe Animate?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

I'm using the latest version.

I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

and how exactly can I show it? like I said whenever I use the pencil or brush tool while using my drawing pad it dosn't stop drawing even when I put my pen off of the drawing pad.
