Hi,
Adding components fro canvas document is a welcome addition in AnimateCC 2017.
Is there any plans to include a physics engine to Animate cc?

I want to create some physics based games, any other apps recommendation that have
physics + canvas.

Thanks...

Animate is an animation tool, not a game maker. If you want physics, grab a physics library. Like this one:

Hello,
I found one example of Createjs with box2dWeb physics library.
I am wondering how to import custom physics data from this physics editor inside createjs.

Thanks.

Hi,

Yes you can, but for the sole purpose of making a game, CLUUID is spot on.

I have used three.js with cannon.js for 3D and used PhysicsJS for 2D within animate CC for serious games ( simulations for mining )

where i still need the "library" and timeline animations features of animate, with more advanced functionality taken care of with the above JS libraries.

A little passive aggressive. I too am curious to know if there are any plans to add physics, not for game making, but for streamlining animation. Thanks for any helpful response.
