The issue with missing video playback controls in your Android app, created with Air SDK, may be related to:

    1. Video format compatibility.
    2. Correct settings for the VideoPlayer component.
    3. Testing on multiple devices to identify if it's device-specific.
    4. Ensuring you have the latest Adobe AIR version.
    5. Verifying permissions.
    6. Packaging skin assets correctly.
    7. Implementing custom playback controls if necessary.
    8. Debugging the app for runtime errors.
    9. Consulting the Adobe Animate community for known solutions.
