PNg image is not allow me to modify, shape or nothing. please help

So I import my png image to animate, and I converted it on Graphic, Them I am trying to smoth, and optimize image on the toolbar modify/shape/smoth, but it does not let me. Please help me

Making it be a Graphic does not trace the bitmap, it only puts the bitmap into a Graphics symbol.
