Preference reset Flash CS5

Not able to launch Flash CS5. Using El Capitan OS X. Not able to reset preferences, path 'Library/Application Support/Adobe/Flash CS5/<language>/' not found. Reinstall no help.

no, preferences not found on given paths. did full computer system search and no show. it's like they don't exist.

Can you try doing a clean uninstall using Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems and then try reinstalling?

you should be checking:

/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/<flash version>/ and

/Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Animate/<version>/)

Have you tried opening Animate while holding down Command + Option + Shift? That will reset the preferences.
