preloader questions

Im planning on getting a website to put my flash videos on. I am going to make the first about 7 frames into a preloader, but the plan is to have a minigame going on while its loading where you shoot a sling shot at the words that say "loading..." is this possible and is there any special coding that i need to use to load the game elements first? i already have the game and the loading screen made. Please help me with this.
