Preparing 3d images

Can I prepare 3d images by using Adobe Flash CC. Is it possible or not? If possible then how?

You'll see that Adobe Animate could use 3D scenes, but it doesn't have any 3D drawing abilities.

What do you mean by "3D images"? You have to be much more specific.

3D means three-dimensional, i.e. something that has width, height and depth.

For example take a dice. It can have 6 faces. If we rotate it XYZ plane we can see all six face.
