Problem Creating Video

I'm using Animate. 2023 and Media Encoder 2023 (23.1). When I try to create a 6 minute video (H264) only using bit mapped images. After the export dialog (with AME Render Immediately checked off) is finished, I still get the spinning ball and it takes over 5 minutes to regain editing control of the file. However, there is no final file. Nothing is in the queue window in ME and no file is found based on the path saved in the export windo.  Exporting to a swf is fine.

I've seen issues in the past where AME wouldn't render a video when Animate and AME weren't the same version. So even if they're both the most recent version, if Animate is 23.0 and AME is 23.1, then you might try uninstalling AME 23.1 and reinstalling AME 23.0.

What OS are you using? If you're using Mac make sure your Mac is updated with Monterey 12.6.2.
