Problem "Failed to open document"

I had this error message in Flash pro CS5 and out of nowhere and have no idea what to do about it.

I tried changing it to a rar and all that but it didn't work. Any ideas people?

is it a fla you created?

if so, you can go through the rar steps (which you think you've already done), or decompile a working swf.

in any case, learn to save your files with different names as your working so you don't, in the future, loose a significant amount of work/time.
