Problem in importing high quality and long video in Animate CC

Hello, I am having a problem with Animate CC.....While importing a high quality and long video in Animate CC the programme gets lagged and after exporting the video also the video gets lagged how to fix this can someone tell me......

    Depends on machine specs, video resolution and size, document type, how the video is imported, et cetera. More info?
